Updates on how our marina is functioning while following government guidelines.

Jun. 8 2020 News By Castaway Marina

Dear Castaway Friends,

As many of you may know, marinas were made essential a few weeks ago. And most importantly we are happy to say that through this pandemic our Castaway Marina employees have remained healthy. Keeping our team and our customers safe is our utmost priority.

We wanted to update you on how our marina is functioning while following government guidelines.

It is imperative that everyone is wearing their face masks while on the property including the docks. Also, please make sure that you are wearing your mask when you pull up for gas even if you are in your boat. If you are not wearing a mask at the gas dock, we will not be able to assist you.

Service Department

Our Service department is currently open. To help maintain social distancing we ask that our customers make appointments to pick up their boats and to schedule payment in advance via phone.

Boat Sales

Our Regal, MasterCraft and Used boat showroom is now open. We are making appointments to show boats since our hours are limited at this location.  You may visit our inventory page to see what we have currently available. For more information you can contact Thalia at thalia@castawaymarina.com.

Ship’s Store

Our Ship’s Store is now open. We will need to keep the number of people in the store to a  minimum in order to maintain social distancing. We are still offering curb-side or boat-side pickup.

Gas Dock

Please note, that we have changed our fueling procedure. All customers purchasing gas must remove their own gas cap, dockhands will pump the gas (from the dock only), dockhands are NOT allowed to board the vessel, and customers must re-install their gas cap. MASKS MUST BE WORN when you are getting gas at the gas dock

Launch Ramp

We have made the decision to close our launch ramp to the public for the remainder of the 2020 season.

We wish you all a safe and wonderful boating season and we hope to see you at the lake.

Sincerely,

Thalia M. Chase
